RECIPE
BLENDER, 8 INGREDIENTS, 4 STEPS
Ingredients:
140 g unsalted cashew nuts,
55 g chopped pitted dates or 3 tablespoons maple syrup,
a pinch of sea salt,
a pinch of chili flakes or cayenne pepper,
720 ml of water,
24 g cocoa,
5 g natural vanilla extract,
3 g ground cinnamon;
Procedure:
1) Place all ingredients in the bowl of a KitchenAid mixer.
2) Secure the lid and set the blender to the Adapti-Blend Soup program. Blend until the machine turns off.
3) Alternatively, you can blend for about 5 minutes, starting at speed 1 and gradually increasing to speed 10.
4) A little tip - add the cocoa to the water first and then the cashews. This way the cocoa won't fly up into the blender lid.
