Black+Blum Bento snack box with bamboo lid and fork, 1 l, grey

Two 500 ml stainless steel leak-proof containers with concealed fork and bamboo lid/slicing board. The design of the box was developed in collaboration with artist, photographer and bento expert Sara Kiyo Popowa and contains five unique recipes.

How to take care of the snack box with bamboo lid
Clean the box and the bamboo lid with hot soapy water. Do not leave the lid soaked in water and after cleaning, be sure to dry it with a kitchen towel. To keep the bamboo lid in good condition, we recommend using a mineral oil suitable for food and applying it with a cotton cloth once a month (if you use the cutting board regularly). Remember to wipe off any excess oil. This will ensure that the cutting board does not dry out and crack.

THE ANTIBACTERIAL BAMBOO LID DOUBLES AS A CUTTING BOARD
Naturally antibacterial bamboo lid can be used as a cutting board sandwiches or as a serving board to serve your delicious food on later.

SILICONE STRIP AND SILICONE SEAL
The boxes have a silicone lip that is designed to provide a gentler connection between the bamboo lid and the steel. It's also easier to clean. The silicone band will keep your lunch securely in the box.

UNIQUE RECIPES
Sara Kiyo Popowa has created five delicious recipes specifically for this bento design that are included.

STAINLESS STEEL DIVIDER
The included stainless steel divider helps you divide the container and organize your food.

TAKE 1 OR 2
With the strap, each box can be used separately or together, making it perfect for taking breakfast and lunch, lunch and snacks, or simply using both boxes for a larger meal.

100% LEAK PROOF AND AIRTIGHT
The vacuum system is fully leak proof and creates an airtight seal that keeps food fresh. The seal can be easily removed and thoroughly cleaned.

DESIGNER'S WORD
With a large number of bento boxes on the market, Black+Blum wanted to create something that was truly unique - the Bento Box is a reflection of authentic Japanese elements and the embodiment of the Black+Blum design aesthetic. It is one of the first fully leak-proof stainless steel bento boxes on the market. It contains two identical boxes that neatly stack on top of each other. A stainless steel fork hides beneath the antibacterial bamboo lid, and each box has a generous 500ml capacity so it can be used individually or in pairs. Collaborating with Sara Kiyo Popova was incredibly helpful, using her extensive knowledge of bento boxes along with over 20 years of Black+Blum design experience. The bento box is therefore the perfect combination of functionality and design.

 You can choose between GLS or Balíkovna (Czech Post) carriers. Delivery to the address is comfortable, you can request a change of address and the driver will contact you before delivery. You can always see the shipping price in the cart, including the right to free shipping.

DISTRIBUTION POINTS
We offer the option of picking up at thousands of delivery points in the GLS and Balíkovna networks. Delivery to the delivery point is cheaper and offers greater flexibility, you can pick up the shipment when it suits you.
Please note, however, that there is a limited time for which the shipment will be available at the pick-up point.
Usually, the shipment must be picked up within 2-3 business days.

 We try to process all orders as soon as possible . If the goods are in stock with us, we usually ship them immediately. If they are made to order and are in stock with suppliers and brands, we always ship them immediately after they are in stock.
