We offer engraving from just one piece. If you would like to order engraving in larger quantities, for example for weddings or corporate gifts, please contact us . Ordering engraving of the selected product is very easy, just choose whether you are interested in engraving text or an image (the price varies depending on this) and add the engraving to the cart with your order. You can add more information about what you want to engrave in the last step of your order, in the note to the seller. Before sending the order, please check the spelling of the engraving. We will then contact you and arrange the details regarding the engraving, send a preview and after its approval, we will engrave your goods.

Please note the following: in the case of engraving, we only accept advance payments by bank transfer . If you choose the cash on delivery option, we will contact you regarding a change in payment method. We also point out that in the case of engraving, the delivery times specified for the product itself do not apply, engraving takes about a week , the exact date is always agreed individually.  1) Choose whether you want to engrave text or an image and add the engraving to your cart.
2) On the order page, in the "note to seller" field, write the details and your wishes regarding engraving, or send us the documents by email.
3) Choose a payment method: online card payment or advance bank transfer.
4) We will contact you regarding the date of your order and the details of what and how you want to engrave, we will send a preview for approval and then we will engrave.

Goods marked in this way are in stock directly with us and can be shipped immediately. It depends on the chosen shipping method and the time of ordering, if the carrier can pick them up on the same day, the package will be with you the next day.

FROM THE SUPPLIER - WITHIN 3 DAYS, IN STOCK - WITHIN 7 DAYS
 According to available information, the goods are in stock at the supplier. The shipping time is indicated in the number of working days. This is an approximate time in which it is usually possible to ship the goods. If you are in a hurry for the goods, please contact us for more information and an agreement regarding shipping.

FROM THE SUPPLIER - IN STOCK - WITHIN 14 DAYS
We purchase goods marked in this way directly from the manufacturer/brand. Most of the range of goods marked in this way is in stock, but it may happen that there is no current availability data and the item marked in this way may not be available at the given time. These are made-to-order goods,

Please expect a longer delivery time, as these are items that are harder to find and are often not in stock in other online stores.
For made-to-order items, payment in advance is required and please only order items that you are really interested in.

DELIVERY TO ADDRESS
 You can choose between GLS or Balíkovna (Czech Post) carriers. Delivery to the address is comfortable, you can request a change of address and the driver will contact you before delivery. You can always see the shipping price in the cart, including the right to free shipping.

DISTRIBUTION POINTS
We offer the option of picking up at thousands of delivery points in the GLS and Balíkovna networks. Delivery to the delivery point is cheaper and offers greater flexibility, you can pick up the shipment when it suits you.
Please note, however, that there is a limited time for which the shipment will be available at the pick-up point.
Usually, the shipment must be picked up within 2-3 business days.

When will you ship my package and how can I track it?

SHIPPING A SHIPMENT
 We try to process all orders as soon as possible . If the goods are in stock with us, we usually ship them immediately. If they are made to order and are in stock with suppliers and brands, we always ship them immediately after they are in stock.
Please pay attention to the approximate stocking times that we always indicate for specific products. You can also always contact us.

SHIPMENT TRACKING
The tracking number will be sent to your email automatically once your order is processed and the goods are packaged.
Due to different collection times and delays by carriers , it is possible that the shipment number will not be active until the day after you receive it in your email.
