This stainless steel food container is microwave and oven safe, leakproof and dishwasher safe. The containers come in a variety of sizes to suit breakfast, lunch and everything in between. Can the boxes really be used in the microwave?
Yes, you read that right, these stainless steel containers are microwave safe. We know everyone has been taught that metal doesn't belong in the microwave, but that's only partly true. There are certainly metals that shouldn't be put in the microwave, but the high-quality stainless steel used in the containers is not one of them. This type of stainless steel, combined with the smooth and rounded shape of the containers, means they don't cause sparks and are safe to use in the microwave.

Is there anything I should know about using stainless steel boxes in the microwave?
 Yes, there are a few things to consider when microwaving these boxes, both for safety reasons and to extend the life of the product:
- Any major dents (and we mean major) or deep scratches could make the boxes unsuitable for the microwave, so be careful with them.
- Make sure to heat only one box at a time for a maximum of 2 minutes before stirring the food inside and heating again. These boxes take a little longer to heat than regular plastic or glass boxes, but because the lid can remain on (with the lid valve open), they heat up faster than other stainless steel boxes.
- Avoid cooking foods that heat to extreme temperatures, such as popcorn or sugar, as these can cause burns on the boxes.
- When microwave heating, avoid contact with any metal surface, including a metal plate, metal racks or the wall of the microwave oven, as this may cause sparking or burns on the boxes.
- Do not heat an empty box in the microwave.
- Use microwave ovens with a power of up to 1000 W.
- The box will be hot when removed from the microwave, so protect your hands with a towel or similar item.

We offer the option of picking up at thousands of delivery points in the GLS and Balíkovna networks. Delivery to the delivery point is cheaper and offers greater flexibility, you can pick up the shipment when it suits you.
Please note, however, that there is a limited time for which the shipment will be available at the pick-up point.
Usually, the shipment must be picked up within 2-3 business days.
