Bugatti Noun smart cooking appliance

Noun is a revolutionary cooking appliance where design and innovative technology give rise to a new, unique, healthy and fascinating way of cooking in transparent glass.

Noun received an honorable mention from the ADI (Association of Industrial Design) in the international Compasso d'Oro 2015 competition. It also received the Innovation 2015 SMART Label award, awarded by Host-Fiera Milano and Poli.design, a consortium of the Politecnico di Milano, to products with particularly innovative features and for having managed to surpass established trends in their comparable sectors.

Any type of food, whether meat, fish, vegetables or toast, can be prepared thanks to the ideal temperature, which can be set between 50°C and 300°C, with perfect, tasty and healthy results. The heat heats the food deeply and evenly, enhancing its aromas and flavours and preserving its nutritional properties.

The author of the concept is Clemente Bugatti: two transparent, highly durable glass ceramic heating elements are combined with a special semiconductor (GTH technology - Glass Tech Hot Semiconductor).

Food is cooked through direct contact with naturally occurring Far Infrared Radiation (FIR), which is known for its beneficial effects. Direct contact cooking prevents leakage and excess heat. The fast and efficient Noun system reaches 300°C in just 80 seconds. Cooking time and temperature can thus significantly reduce consumption and optimize food preparation.

Today, he is the CEO of Ilcar di Bugatti Srl and R&D Manager. A passionate off-road motorcycle enthusiast, he participated in the Italian and European championships between 1981 and 1991, winning first place and twice second place in the Italian championship.
