The first pan called Ken Hom Hot Wok was launched in 1986, it was the world's first wok thathad a cut bottom so that it could sit not only on an open fire, but also on an electric stove. Ken Hom Wok pans were also a first in that they began to be sold in mainstream high street stores, not just speciality shops. For example, 12 years later, 10% of UK households already had a Ken Hom product. To date, more than 8 million Ken Hom products have been sold in 59 countries around the world.
Ken's collaboration to produce the pans with DKB Household, a subsidiary of SwissThe company, a subsidiary of the Diethelm Keller Group, has been in continuous operation for over 30 years, since the year the first pan was launched.  You can choose between GLS or Balíkovna (Czech Post) carriers. Delivery to the address is comfortable, you can request a change of address and the driver will contact you before delivery. You can always see the shipping price in the cart, including the right to free shipping.

DISTRIBUTION POINTS
We offer the option of picking up at thousands of delivery points in the GLS and Balíkovna networks. Delivery to the delivery point is cheaper and offers greater flexibility, you can pick up the shipment when it suits you.
Please note, however, that there is a limited time for which the shipment will be available at the pick-up point.
Usually, the shipment must be picked up within 2-3 business days.

 We try to process all orders as soon as possible . If the goods are in stock with us, we usually ship them immediately. If they are made to order and are in stock with suppliers and brands, we always ship them immediately after they are in stock.
