We always try to pack your shipments as carefully as possible. However, some goods are more susceptible to damage and breakage during transport. This is especially true for glass and ceramics, where due to the way the goods are handled during transport, there is a higher risk of damage to the goods you have selected.

To avoid any possible inconvenience and so that you can enjoy your new kitchen or household items in peace and as soon as possible, we recommend choosing this option for unbreakable packaging of goods .

And if, even with our extremely high-quality and essentially unbreakable packaging, the shipment is damaged during transport, we will send you new goods immediately . We will not wait for the carrier to process the claim; the new item will be sent to you immediately after reporting the damage and providing photographic documentation.

This applies to stock items. If the item is not in stock at the moment, we will immediately check the availability of another item from the supplier and arrange it for you without delay.
This is not only about packaging in more durable and higher quality materials. We stand behind the packaging 100% and if you choose this surcharge, we guarantee that a replacement piece will be sent to you immediately.

If for some reason the replacement part is no longer available, we will immediately send another alternative stock part of your choice or refund your payment.

IN STOCK WITH US
Goods marked in this way are in stock directly with us and can be shipped immediately. It depends on the chosen shipping method and the time of ordering, if the carrier can pick them up on the same day, the package will be with you the next day.

FROM THE SUPPLIER - WITHIN 3 DAYS, IN STOCK - WITHIN 7 DAYS
 According to available information, the goods are in stock at the supplier. The shipping time is indicated in the number of working days. This is an approximate time in which it is usually possible to ship the goods. If you are in a hurry for the goods, please contact us for more information and an agreement regarding shipping.

FROM THE SUPPLIER - IN STOCK - WITHIN 14 DAYS
We purchase goods marked in this way directly from the manufacturer/brand. Most of the range of goods marked in this way is in stock, but it may happen that there is no current availability data and the item marked in this way may not be available at the given time. These are made-to-order goods,

 The goods are currently sold out, both with us and with the supplier. If interested, we can check whether the goods are in stock with an alternative supplier, in which case the price may differ. We will be happy to check the availability of any goods for you.

Please expect a longer delivery time, as these are items that are harder to find and are often not in stock in other online stores.

DELIVERY TO ADDRESS
 You can choose between GLS or Balíkovna (Czech Post) carriers. Delivery to the address is comfortable, you can request a change of address and the driver will contact you before delivery. You can always see the shipping price in the cart, including the right to free shipping.

DISTRIBUTION POINTS
We offer the option of picking up at thousands of delivery points in the GLS and Balíkovna networks. Delivery to the delivery point is cheaper and offers greater flexibility, you can pick up the shipment when it suits you.
Please note, however, that there is a limited time for which the shipment will be available at the pick-up point.
Usually, the shipment must be picked up within 2-3 business days.

When will you ship my package and how can I track it?

SHIPPING A SHIPMENT
 We try to process all orders as soon as possible . If the goods are in stock with us, we usually ship them immediately. If they are made to order and are in stock with suppliers and brands, we always ship them immediately after they are in stock.
Please pay attention to the approximate stocking times that we always indicate for specific products. You can also always contact us.

SHIPMENT TRACKING
The tracking number will be sent to your email automatically once your order is processed and the goods are packaged.
Due to different collection times and delays by carriers , it is possible that the shipment number will not be active until the day after you receive it in your email.
