The imaginary heart of the entire Zwilling Fresh & Save smart vacuum food storage system is the electric vacuum pump.The sleek, quiet, cordless vacuum pump extracts air from vacuum jars and bags in seconds andm safely preserves flavour, aroma, nutrients and vitamins - in the fridge and in the freezer - and thus extends the time food stays fresh by up to 5 times.
