Zwilling Forte titanium frying pan, 20 cm
The top-quality Zwilling Forte titanium pans are ideal for healthy and energy-saving frying without or with minimal fat . They impress their users with their exceptional non-stick properties, scratch resistance and extremely long service life. Their matt black surface contrasts perfectly with the riveted handles made of polished stainless steel. The design of the Forte series impresses with its timeless classics, it is modern with a touch of tradition. It is therefore suitable for both modern and rustic kitchens.
The PFOA-free surface is highly non-stick, designed for frying with or without a minimum amount of fat . Forte cookware will also serve you well for slow cooking. It is easy to clean and can be washed in the dishwasher . However, due to the use of aggressive detergents in dishwashers, we recommend a more gentle hand wash.

For all heat sources
Forte pans are made by forging aluminum using high pressure. Their bodies with a material thickness of 4.5 mm are dimensionally stable and non-deformable . The alloy used contains 98% aluminum compared to the casting method. The molding is then roughened to perfectly bond the extra hard titanium layer. Then, additional layers are applied to it for a perfect non-stick surface and a stainless steel bottom suitable for all types of heat, including induction .
Innovative non-stick surface
Forte pans are hardened with Ti-X , a 5-layer non-stick coating that is a breakthrough in non-stick cookware. Tests have shown that it is up to 20x more durable and 10x more scratch-resistant than standard non-stick coatings. It does not blister or peel. It resists wear and scratches, so you don't have to be afraid to use stainless steel utensils .
Stainless steel handle
The riveted handles form a harmonious whole with the pan. They were made of cast stainless steel. They do not heat up during normal cooking or frying. They also allow baking in the oven . You can also conveniently use the Forte pans as a cake mold or baking dish. Of course, wear protective kitchen gloves when removing from the oven to prevent burns.
