Innovation for your fridge: The Fresh & Save glass refrigerator vacuum box keeps your food fresh up to 5 times longer when used with a vacuum pump than with conventional storage. In addition, when connected to the free Zwilling Culinary World app, you will receive a timely reminder before the expiry date of cold cuts, cheese, vegetables, etc.

The handy food storage container will ensure a longer shelf life for fresh vegetables or leftovers and thus less food waste in your home. The 2 litre rectangular glass box fits effortlessly on a shelf or in a fridge drawer and keeps your sandwiches fresh and tasty. Like the other boxes in this range, this one is made from high quality borosilicate glass. It visually impresses with stylish colour accents in La Mer blue.

The vacuum box is not only suitable for the freezer but also for the oven up to 180°C, so you can also use it perfectly for preparing baked dishes or desserts: prepare, (deep) chill, thaw or bake in the oven and serve! Last but not least, it is dishwasher safe, which makes cleaning very easy.

Heat, defrost and bake
You can defrost and reheat food stored in glass jars: in the microwave with the vacuum valve released, in a conventional oven (without lid at temperatures up to 180°C). The durable borosilicate glass can withstand low and high temperatures, but should not be removed from the freezer or refrigerator.should not be transferred to an already hot oven - gradual heating is recommended. You can also use the glass jar for baking and gratin.
