A special blend of the highest quality steel, produced exclusively for Zwilling, with an optimal ratio of chromium and carbon, guarantees the best properties. The special hardening process of the knives using the patented FRIODUR technology, which consists of frost hardening, creates exceptional flexibility and prevents the blade from breaking. The laser-controlled "V"-shaped blade, together with the ideal cutting angle of 30° (15° on each side), ensures excellent and long-lasting sharpness.

The design of the knives with three rivets and a solid handle impresses with its balance. The laser-engraved ZWILLING logo on the central rivet brings a refined look.
